This panorama was taken during the second major snowfall of the winter,
producing a misty effect over objects in the distance.
The location is across the street from City Hall and the Carnegie Library
building in downtown Eau Claire.
At center left, behind the bank building and barely visible through the snow,
is the new library.
This projection shows northeast at center.
